How it works:

  • Complete our Intake Form and email it back to us. This expedites your office visit, saving you valuable time.
  • Submit an appointment request for day and time of day.
  • Choose your Attorney for your no-cost initial consultation.
  • Receive a $100 discount when you retain a Lindsay Olsen PLLC attorney.

We offer same day response if your request is submitted before 12:00 noon Monday–Friday. Premier Service is not offered on holidays.
